Q. Is smoking permitted?
A. We apologize, but smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
Q. Do you offer luggage storage?
A. We may be able to store your luggage if you contact us in advance. Please inquire.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized entry of pets will result in charges for cleaning and deodorization.
Q. How is cleaning handled during my stay?
A. There is generally no cleaning service during your stay.
Q. How should I dispose of trash?
A. Please place it in the designated areas.
Q. Can I bring and use a portable gas stove?
A. We apologize, but for safety reasons, this is not permitted.
For the same reason, the use of candles and similar items is also prohibited.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. Free private parking is available. It is located on the right side just before the pension (sign posted).
Q. Are meals provided?
A. Meals are available as an option.
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
Check-out: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Please note that entry is not permitted between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
